It was a great hotel in Milpitas. 20 mins walk to the center. We got king suite and liked it.

lots of restaurants to eat close by, like mikonos grill that was only 5 minutes' walk away. it was definitely 3 stars for us.

The breakfast was GOOD and the staff was helpful. The location was very good, with Tea Doraku nearby. The hotel offered 20-minutes direct walk to Cardoza Park.
